Stone Care
Here are some recommendations for routine care and cleaning.
Granite is one of the hardest natural occurring materials in the world. Being highly heat, stain, and scratch resistant, granite is the ideal surface to withstand the wear and tear of everyday use whether it is in a kitchen or bath. With the globalization of the stone industry and a more efficient technology in processing natural stone, granite is one that is surprisingly affordable and easy to maintain.
Granite slabs go through a process in which resin is vacuum-sealed on the slab surface thus, making it more resistant to staining.
Our recommendation in caring for your natural stone countertops is the use of soap and water. Although we seal your counters after installation, you may re-seal them every two to three years.
